Tandem Rescate Instructors have over 20 years delivering professional "Life at Risk" training and certification throughout the Cono Sur. 

Tandem Rescate is a specialized hazardous environment training organization. Formed in the year 2000 our expansion reaches to emergency response groups, industrial safety and adventure tourism specialists throughout south america. The managing director is Mitchell L. Sasser who over his 20 years of experience is a recognized specialist in hazardous environment rescue. As a master instructor and member of swiftwater rescue advisory board of South America of IRIA/Global Rescue Group he has maintained local, national and international emergency organizations informed of the requirements and realities of rescuer training and safety in south america.

 

What services does Tandem Rescate provide?

Tandem Rescate provides technical rescue and risk management training, development of emergency response and evacuation plans for businesses and municipal governments, certification of adventure activity instalations.

Tandem Rescate also provides profesional guide training and certification, personal outdoor technical and physical fitness training for outdoor sports.

 

What courses does Tandem Rescate offer?

Tandem Rescate provides Swiftwater/Flood Rescue training and High Angle/Vertical Rope Rescue for emergency response profesionals, industrial safety and profesional outdoor guides. Our training streams are designed to acomodate your area of work and special needs through formal task analisis evaluations. 

 

Where are your instructors trained?

Tandem Rescate Instructors are formally trained and certified by third party evaluators of the IRIA, International Rescue Instructors Association.

 

Where does the safety and rescue training take place? 

Our base of operations is located in the southern reaches of Patagonia in the unsurpassable Futaleufu River Valley of Southern Chile. Formal training courses are operated in unique locations from urban to remote wilderness environments and dificult to access sites throughout the Andes Mountains and coastlines of south america.
